Once the order has shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. Enclosure cards: All our gifts include an enclosure card with the message of your choice. Please make your message as brief as possible, as our gift cards do have limited space. Please be sure to include your name or the company name so the recipient will know who the gift is from. Custom Orders: We are happy to assist you with any special requests you may have. Call one of our gift advisors and we can help you create that special gift you are looking for. Toll free at 1-877-448-1727. Substitutions: At times we may have to substitute items within one of our gift baskets to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will always use a substitute of equal or greater value when we do find it necessary to make a substitution. International Shipping: We do not ship internationally. We do ship to Canada, but additional shipping charges are required. Shipping to Canada is via the US Postal Service and will not ship the same day as ordered. Perishable Products: Any gift including fresh fruit or perishable food products must be shipped via 2nd or next day shipping. During the summer months Chocolates must be shipped packed in ice by next day air only. A $5.00 charge will be added to your order for ice packs. Shipping: We regret we can not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If your order is addressed to a P.O. box, APO/FPO address, or has an incomplete or incorrect address that is not deliverable, a $20.00 reroute fee will be charged.
